Ingredients


Boneless chicken.... 500 gm
Capsicum.... 2
Onion.....2
Oil.....3 tbs
Butter.... 3 tbs
Cream..... 4 to 6 tbs
Cream cheese..... 2 tbs
Almond paste.... 4 tbs
Milk..... 1 cup
Red chilli powder.... 1 tsp
Coriander powder.... 1 tsp
Roas crushed cumin.... 1 tsp
Crushed black pepper.... 1 tsp
Salt.... 1/2 tsp
Crushed green chilli.... 3 tbs
Ginger garlic Paste.... 2 tbs
Julian ginger.... 1 tbs

Method

Marinate chicken with green chilli paste some salt & ginger garlic Paste for 1/2 hour
Same time saute Capsicum + onion in oil and set at side
Add butter in remain oil and melt it then add almond paste fry gently on low flame
Add marinated chicken stir fry after few minutes add all dry spices and fry well add some milk and cover the pan untill chicken become tender add cream, cream cheese milk and cover the pan for 5 minutes
After 5 minute add green chilli fry Capsicum and onion mix well and dishout from pan garnish with julian ginger and serve with Naan and Chapatis

Phir qeema daal kr khoob bhoon len 1.cup paani daal kr qeema dhak kr pakne rkh den
Jb qeema gal jai to us me se 4 tbs qeema nikal len aur us me chopped onion green chiili fresh coriander, mint aur chaat masala garam masala mix kr k shimla mirch me bhar len aur baaqi qeeme me rkh den thora paani daal kr dhak kr 15 minute k liye dam pr rkh den
Dishout krlen aur chapati k saath serve kren
