Ginger garlic paste..... 3 tbs
Lemon juice.... 2 tbs
Chinese salt..... 1.tsp
Food color
Aloo bhukhara
Fresh coriander.... 1/2 bunch
Fresh mint.... 1/2 bunch
Green chillies... 6
Whole spices
Black pepper
Cumin seed
Black cumin
Clove
Cinnamon
Black cardamom
Green cardamom
Bay leaf
Nutmag
Maice
Badiyan

Method

Rice ko namak daal kr 80% boil kr ke aik side per rkh den
Aik pan me oil dal sabut gram. Masala daalr tomatoes daal den jb tomatoes. Soft hojain to chicken daal den sare spices daal kr chicken gala len
Last me brown oinon crushrd kr k daal den lemon juise daal kr dam pr rkh den
Ab aik bara pan len us me oil ya ghee se grease krlen aik layer rice ki lagain us ke opper chicken korma dalen
Dosri layer rice ki lagain us per boil potatoes fresh coriander aur fresh mint aur hari mirch ki layer laga kr aakhri layer phir rice ki lagain aur achi trha hila kr milk me food color mix kr k daal den half cup asli ghee daal den aur pre heated tawe pr achi trha dhak kr 20 minute k liye dem pr rkh den
