Easy Quick Yummy Sheermal Sheermal is a mildly sweet,-flavoured flatbread prepared with plain flour with ghee or cream. It suits well with korma, kofta, nihari and other gravy foods. The dough of sheermal is prepared with a mixture of wheat flour and all-purpose flour. Yeast is added to the flour and it is allowed to rest for a while before making and kneading more. You may use clarified butter or unsalted butter in the recipe, it depends upon your own choice. It can be cooked over Tawa or also can be baked in the oven.
