Us k baad tamam masale gosht me daal kr 1/2 ghanta marinate kr k pan me oil garam kr k marinated beef daal kr mix kren aur cover kr k pakne rkh den
Jb gosht gal jai to brown piyaz daal kr 5 minute dum pr rkh den aur dishout kr k hare masale aur piyaz se garnish kren
Chapati ya parathe k saath serve kren
