Ingredients:
Wheat Flour - 2 cups
Sugar/Gur- 1 cup
Milk - 1 cup
Water as required
Method
1. Take flour, add sugar, milk and mix.
2. Add water as required to make the batter smooth and flowing.
3. Take a Low to medium heated pan, grease with oil/ ghee,
4. Put one spoonful of batter in the centre and spread like a Dosa
5. Sprinkle oil/ ghee and turn after a few minutes
6. Cook until it is cooked on both sides
7. Sweet Chilla is ready
Serve With Achaar or Chutni
