Navratan Chicken Vegetable Pulao Without nuts Easy Recipe for beginners

Whole spices – brown cardamom – 2, cinnamon stick – 1 inch, cloves – 4-5, White powder – 1 Tbsp
Soaked Saffron 1 Tbsp

1 tsp cumin seed
3 Tbsp Coriander seed
3 Tbsp Fennel Seed
