How to make Hyderabadi Junglee Pulao||Vegetable chicken pulao
Ingredients
1 kg of chicken
1 Kg, Sela rice
2 cinnamon sticks
4 cloves
4 green cardamoms - split
2 Bay leaves
Peppercorns 6
Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tbsp
6 green chillies slit
1 tsp Black pepper powder
2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp red Chilli flakes
2 tbsp. Salt
1 cup of plain yoghurt
1 1/2 tsp dried mint
1 Bag Pulao Spice
2 Boiled Eggs
2 Beaten Eggs
Mixed diced vegetables of your choice (you can use carrots, beans, Peas, potatoes, cabbage)
