Seekh kebabs are a type of kebab originating from thePakistan& Indian subcontinent. These kebabs are made with ground beef, mutton or chicken mixed with Indian Pakistani spices, shaped into a cylindrical shape on a skewer and typically barbecued over coal or in a tandoor This recipe is inspired by the famous Meerut kebab house in Karachi, although it may not be remotely close to the original kebab taste I have tried my best to bring it close to the taste of home as much as possible.
