Chocolate Ombre Tea Cake Super Soft & Spongy without Butter

How to make Chocolate Ombre Tea Cake .Best for tea time.Easy Ombre Cake Chocolate Cake

Ingredients :

Oil : 1/2 cup
powdered Sugar : 200 grm / 1 cup
Flour : 2 cup
Baking Powder : 1 tsp
Baking soda : 1 tsp
Eggs : 4
Coco Powder : 3 tsp + 1/4 cup
Hot Milk : 1 cup
Vanilla Essence : 1/2 tsp

Method

mix 1/4 batter to cocoa batter for first dark chocolate layer.
save 3 tsp cocoa batter
Add the other 1/4 batter to rest of the cocoa batter then pipe it to the top of the dark chocolate layer.
then rest of the batter pipe over the second cocoa layer. I am using the ziploc bag to make it easy for layers. you can also spoon the batter if you would like.

Bake for 40 min skewer comes clean. cool the cake to room temperature.
Enjoy with a cup of tea
