Chopped Tomatoes 4
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbs
Mustard Oil 1/2 cup
Crushed red chilli 1 tsp
salt
Whole spice powder 1/2 tsp
Karahi gosht masala 2 tbs
Qasoori methi ( dry fenugreek leaves) 1/2 tsp
Green chillies 4
Julienne Ginger 1 tsp
Fresh coriander 1 tsp
