Chicken Potato Cutlets super crispy

Ingredients

1/2 kg - chicken, boiled with salt and pepper and shredded
1/2 kg - potatoes, boiled and mashed
2 - onions, finely chopped
6-7 - green chillies, chopped
1 tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp White Pepper
1/4 tsp - garam masala
Bread crumbs
2 Oil to deep frBeaten eggs

How to Make Chicken Potato Cutlet
Heat oil in a pan. Saute onion and green chilli till the onions turn pink.
Remove from flame and mix this with shredded chicken, mashed potatoes, coriander leaves, pepper powder, garam masala into a paste.
Divide the mixture into lemon-sized balls and press into discs.
Dip in egg white and then roll in bread crumbs.
Deep fry in hot oil till the cutlets are golden and crisp.
Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
