• 1/2 kg whole chicken
• 2 Hari mirch [slice]
• 1/2 cup Roasted whole wheat flour
• 2tsbp ginger, garlic paste
• 2tbsp sounf
• 2tbsp sonth
• 1/4tsp garam masala powder
• 4tbsp Nihari masala
• salt
• 2 tbs ghee & Oil 1/2 cup
