Spicy Fish skewers just in 10 minutes!
This is a really quick, easy and tasty recipe for fish skewers that can be made in just 10 minutes! I usually make these when I’m in a hurry and want something healthy and delicious for dinner. You can use any type of fish that you like, but I prefer to use salmon or tuna.
You will need:
- 1/2 kg of boneless fish cut in cubes
-1/2 a lemon
-1 tablespoon of olive oil
-salt and pepper
-1/4 cup of chopped fresh parsley
- 2 Tbsp of chopped garlic
-2 tbsp of Cornflour
- 1/2 tsp of paprika
-1 tsp of Chilli flakes
Soak the bamboo skewers in water for at least 30 minutes. Preheat your grill ( or grill pan) to medium-high heat. Cut the fish into 1-inch cubes and season with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Thread the fish onto the skewers, about 5 or 6 pieces per skewer. Grill for about 2-3 minutes per side, or until the fish is cooked through.
Remove from the grill and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
