Bakra Eid Special Mutton Mince +Gram lentil Fry (Qeema Chana daal fry)

Ingredients:


1/2 Kg Mutton mince

1 cup split chickpeas / Gram Lentil washed and soaked & Boiled

2 medium onion sliced

2 tomato Large

1 bay leaf

2 cloves

1 Black cardamom

2 Dry Red Chili

8 Black Pepper

1 Cinnamon stick

2 Tbsp Ginger garlic paste

1/2 Tsp Turmeric powder

1 Tsp Red chili powder

1 Tsp Coriander powder

1/2 Tsp Whole Spices Powder

1 Tbsp Salt - or according to taste

1 Cup Cooking oil

1 Tsp Cumin seeds

For Garnish :

Green Chilies

Fresh Coriander

Ginger
