Today am gonna show you How To Make Khushbodaar Sindhi Pulao at home


Ingredients:

Ghee 1 cup

Onion sliced 2 large

Tomato 4 medium

Potato 1/2 kg

Green chili 8 to 10

Ginger/Garlic paste 2 Tbsp

All spices


Cumin seed 1 tsp

Yogurt 1/2 cup

Crushed red chili 2 Tbsp

Fresh Mint 1 bunch

Soaked Rice 1/2 kg

Chicken / Beef / Mutton 1/2 Kg

Crushed Fennel Seed 2 Tbsp

Crushed Coriander Seed 2 Tbsp
