Kadhi or karhi is a dish originating from the Indian subcontinent. It consists of a thick gravy based on gram flour. which Dahi (yoghurt) is added to give it a bit of sour taste. It is often eaten with boiled rice or roti.

INGREDIENTS: Yoghurt 1 Cup Ginger, garlic 1 Tbsp Salt as required Gram flour 3 tbsp Water 1/2 litre Mustard Oil 3 Tbsp Cumin Seed 1 Tsp Sliced Onion 1/2 Dry Red Chilli 2 Red Chilli Powder 1 Tsp Turmeric Powder 1 Tsp Coriander Powder 1 Tsp Ingredients for tadka: 2 tbsp Mustard Oil 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds 1 tsp chopped green Chilli 2 piece dry red Chilli 1/2 tsp Mustard seed For garnish Fresh Coriander
