Red Lentil/ Massor daal 250 gm
Red Chilli Powder 1 Tbsp
Coriander Powder 1 Tsp
Turmeric Powder 1 Tsp
Salt 1 Tsp
Oil/ghee 2 Tbsp
Tomatoes Chopped 4 medium-sized
Ginger garlic Paste 2 Tbsp
Green Chilies 2
Fresh Coriander 4 Tbsp
Whole Spice Powder / Garam masala 1 Tsp
For Tarka :
Oil 4 Tbsp
Butter 1 Tbsp
Cumin Seed 1 Tsp
Dry red chillies 4 to 6
Garlic Chopped 1 Tbsp
Stuffed Green Chilies :
Green Chillies 6 nos remove seeds
Cumin seed powder 1 Tbsp
Coriander Seed Powder 1 Tbsp
Salt
Fenugreek seed 1/2 tsp
Nigella Seed 1/2 Tsp
Fennel Seed 1 Tsp
Mustard Seed 1/2 Tsp
Turmeric Powder 1 Tsp
Amchoor Powder 1 Tsp

Mix all ingredients & fill in green chillies & fry in 2 Tbsp of oil
