🌙 Introduction (Surah Yusuf 100–101)

These two verses of Surah Yusuf are among the most emotional moments in the Qur’an. After years of separation, betrayal, imprisonment, and hardship, Prophet Yusuf (علیہ السلام) finally reunites with his parents and witnesses the fulfillment of his childhood dream. 📖 Surah Yusuf (12:100–101) – Verse by Verse Translation

🔹 Verse 100

English Translation:
And he raised his parents upon the throne, and they all fell down in prostration before him. And he said, “O my father, this is the interpretation of my dream of before. My Lord has made it come true. And He was certainly good to me when He took me out of prison and brought you here from the wilderness after Satan had caused discord between me and my brothers. Surely my Lord is Most Subtle in what He wills. Indeed, He is the All-Knowing, the All-Wise.”

Urdu Translation:
اور یوسف نے اپنے والدین کو تخت پر بٹھایا اور سب اس کے سامنے سجدے میں گر پڑے۔ اور یوسف نے کہا: اے میرے والد! یہ میرے پہلے خواب کی تعبیر ہے، میرے رب نے اسے سچ کر دکھایا۔ اور اس نے مجھ پر بڑا کرم کیا کہ مجھے قید سے نکالا اور آپ سب کو جنگل سے یہاں لے آیا، اس کے بعد کہ شیطان نے میرے اور میرے بھائیوں کے درمیان فساد ڈال دیا تھا۔ بے شک میرا رب جس معاملے کو چاہتا ہے بڑی تدبیر سے انجام دیتا ہے۔ بے شک وہی سب کچھ جاننے والا، بڑی حکمت والا ہے۔

🔹 Verse 101

English Translation:
“My Lord! You have granted me authority and taught me the interpretation of dreams. Creator of the heavens and the earth! You are my Protector in this world and the Hereafter. Cause me to die as a Muslim and join me with the righteous.”

Urdu Translation:
اے میرے رب! تو نے مجھے اقتدار عطا کیا اور مجھے خوابوں کی تعبیر کا علم سکھایا۔ اے آسمانوں اور زمین کے پیدا کرنے والے! تو ہی دنیا اور آخرت میں میرا سرپرست ہے۔ مجھے اسلام پر موت دینا اور مجھے نیک لوگوں کے ساتھ شامل فرما۔

These verses show the completion of Prophet Yusuf’s life journey from a lonely well to the throne of Egypt. His childhood dream comes true when his family bows before him.
