How a Horse Saved Its Master’s Life During an Earthquake

Surah Al-‘Adiyat (سورۃ العادیات)

🌿 English Translation

By the racers, panting

And striking sparks of fire

And charging at dawn

Stirring up clouds of dust

And penetrating into the midst (of the enemy)

Indeed mankind is ungrateful to his Lord

And indeed, he is a witness to that

And indeed he is intense in love of wealth

But does he not know when the graves are overturned

And what is within the chests is revealed

Indeed, their Lord is Fully Aware of them that Day

🌿 Explanation (Tafsir – Simple & Heart Touching)

In this Surah, Allah takes an oath by powerful war horses—horses that run fearlessly, strike sparks, and charge into danger for their masters. These animals show complete loyalty and obedience.

But then Allah compares this to humans…

Despite receiving countless blessings, humans often become ungrateful (ناشکرا) and get deeply attached to wealth and dunya.

The Surah reminds us of the Day of Judgment, when:

Graves will open

Hidden secrets will be revealed

Every قلب (heart) will be exposed

And Allah knows everything.

👉 Message is clear:
If animals can be so loyal, why are humans careless toward their Creator?

🌿 Description (For YouTube)

Surah Al-‘Adiyat is a powerful reminder of human nature and ضعف ایمان. Through the مثال of horses, Allah shows us the meaning of true loyalty and contrasts it with human ingratitude.

This short but impactful Surah teaches us:

Loyalty vs. betrayal

Love of dunya vs. love of Allah

Reality of the Day of Judgment

Watch till the end to reflect on your own life and connection with Allah.

🌿 Short Note

Surah Al-‘Adiyat highlights the contrast between the loyalty of animals and the ingratitude of humans, reminding us of accountability on the Day of Judgment.

🌿 Lesson (Key Points)

Be grateful to Allah (شکر گزار بنیں)

Avoid excessive love of wealth

Prepare for the Hereafter

True loyalty should be for Allah

Hidden intentions matter
