We Live Like Kings— But Still Unthankful

1. **Qarun never knew** that a small ATM card in our pocket would be more powerful than his heavy keys.

2. **Kisra of Persia never imagined** that our sofas would be more comfortable than his throne.

3. **Caesar and Heraclius never thought** we would cool our rooms with one button and get icy water instantly.

4. **Caliph Mansur needed servants** to mix hot and cold water, but we control the temperature ourselves.

5. **The journey of Hajj once took months**, today it is completed in just a few hours by airplane.

6. **We live in blessings** that even the greatest kings never had.

7. **Yet we still complain** about our fate.

8. **The more the heart turns to the world,** the less we value our blessings.
