Ingredients
1 kg boneless lamb ( cut into 3/4 inch cubs)
2 pounds lamb fat (optional)
4 tablespoon lemon juice
4 cloves of garlic ( peeled )
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 onions large ( Cut in slices)
1 tsp Red chili flakes
1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
1 tbs Salt
1 tsp Coriander powder
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
4 tbs Butter / ghee
1 whole lemon
3 large Tomatoes
1 tsp Ginger
6 Green chilies
Method
Step 1
Mix the lemon juice, garlic, yogurt (if used), salt, pepper onion , tomatoes , green chillies, powder spices and in a pan. Add the lamb and lamb fat (if used) or oil. Mix
Step 2
Fry well & cook until meat gets tender
Step 3
After this fry well
Step 4
Sprinkle with a little salt and pepper, garnish with the tomato, onion and lemon, and fold the chapati or lawausha over to keep the kebabs warm. The extra lawausha or chapati is cut into pieces and served separately. A mixed salad is a good accompaniment.
