Lessons of Humility and Accountability from the Quran#سورہ_لقمان

 

Allah Knows Everything, Big or Small:
The first verse teaches that even the smallest action, like one as tiny as a mustard seed, will not go unnoticed by Allah. Whether it's hidden deep in a rock, in the sky, or the earth, Allah's knowledge encompasses everything. This reminds us to always do good, even when no one is watching, because Allah sees and knows all.

Avoid Arrogance and Pride:
The second verse advises us to treat people with respect and not turn away from them arrogantly. We shouldn't walk with pride or think we are better than others, as Allah dislikes those who are proud and boastful. Humility is a key quality of a good character.

Be Calm and Gentle in Your Behavior:
The third verse encourages us to walk with moderation—not too fast or too slow—and to speak softly. Shouting or being loud unnecessarily is compared to the unpleasant braying of donkeys, emphasizing the importance of gentleness and grace in our actions and words.

بیٹا اگر کوئی عمل رائی کے دانہ کے برابر ہو پھر وہ کسی پتھر کے اندر ہو یا وہ آسمان کے اندر ہو یا زمین کے اندر ہو تب بھی اللہ اس کو حاضر کر دے گا، بے شک اللہ بڑا باریک بین باخبر ہے
اور لوگوں سے اپنا رخ نہ پھیر اور زمین پر اترا کر نہ چل، بے شک اللہ کسی تکبر کرنے والے فخر کرنے والے کو پسند نہیں کرتا

بیٹا نماز قائم کر اور اچھے کاموں کی نصیحت کیا کر اور برے کاموں سے منع کیا کر اور تجھ پر جو مصیبت آئے اس پر صبر کیا کر، بے شک یہ ہمت کے کاموں میں سے ہیں

اور اپنے چلنے میں میانہ روی اختیار کر اور اپنی آواز پست کر، بے شک آوازوں میں سب سے بری آواز گدھوں کی ہے
