No bake Fresh Strawberry Milky Silky Pudding

This recipe used a rectangle mold of size 9 x 5 inch.


Recipe :

Strawberry Pudding Layer :

- 150g fresh strawberries (blend with 75ml water until smooth)
- 2 tsp Gelatin powder
- 75g white sugar
- egg white from 1 egg
- 1 drop red colouring

Milk Pudding Layer :

- 250 ml fresh/UHT Milk
- 2 tsp gelatin powder
- 200 ml whipping cream
- 40g white sugar
- 2 drops vanilla essence
- few strawberry slices
