Ingredients
Basmati rIce 1/2 kg
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbs
Chopped Carrots 1
Capsicum 1
green Onions 1-2 strands
Chopped Carrot 1 large
Chicken Powder 1tsp
Salt to taste
black pepper 1/2 tsp
Chopped green chilies 4 tbsp
Oil 1/2 cup
Chicken Stock 500 ml
METHOD:
Heat oil in a pan, Add ginger garlic and fry with vegetable. Add all the seasoning to the vegetables and mix well and cook for 10 minutes.
Add chicken stock & bring it to a boil after that add soaked rice , cook until water becomes dry . cover & cook again for low flame fro 10 minutes
serve hot with raita / chili garlic sauce / salsa
