INGREDIENTS
1/2 kg Turnips peeled & cut in thick slices
220 gm Carrots peeled & cut in thick slices
1.5 cups water
4 tbsp grind Mustard seeds
1 inch piece of jaggery
1 tbsp of Crushed red chilies
4 tbsp of Crushed ginger garlic
1 tsp Turmeric powder
4 Fresh Green Chilies
1 tbsp of salt or as needed
