Super Moist Chocolate Fudgy Loaf Dream Cake With Ganache
Ingredients:
1/2 Cup / 100 gm tbsp butter
125 gm dark chocolate, chopped
1 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup dark cocoa powder, sifted
3/4 cup light brown sugar
1/2 cup of sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
Ganache:
1/2 cup heavy cream
125 gm semisweet dark chocolate
In a medium saucepan over medium-low heat, melt the chopped chocolate and butter until smooth. Set aside and allow to cool.
In a large bowl, combine the dry ingredients: flour, sifted cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, sugar, light brown sugar and salt. Whisk until fully incorporated.
In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs. Add the remaining wet ingredients and beat until smooth.
Mix the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients, and mix until there are no longer any clumps of flour.
Fold in the chocolate chips, if using.
Transfer batter to the loaf pan and smooth out the top using an angled spatula. Don’t fill the pan all the way, leave at least 1 inch from the rim of the pan so it doesn’t overflow).

250 gm tamarind
1 tbsp dry ginger powder
1 tbsp cumin roasted & crushed
1 tbsp red chilli powder
1/2 Tsp of black salt
salt to taste
2 cups of water
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar

Method:

Al Thareed, meaning literally "small pieces (of bread or food) which have been cut" is a traditional Gulf Arab dish which is even mentioned in the above hadeeth, has its variations in South Asia, too. The Pakhtoons have versions, known as painda, randa chargha, or soobutt. This should ideally be made with very thin Pakhtoon bread. Further south, it is made with shredded wholewheat flat bread or roti, hence it is called "roti ke tukray." It is also known in Urdu as sareed or suraid, the -s- being the Urdu articulation of Arabic -tha-. It is basically a liquidy meat or chicken stew poured on top of shredded bread. Here is a Gulf Arab version, and here is a Pakhtoon recipe. Both recipes are highly worth checking out. There are many versions of this around the world, from fatta or similar dishes in other parts of the Arab world, to Mexican caserola with leftover tortillas, to Italian or French recipes using day old bread. Method:
1. Combine the flour, semolina, oil, salt, sugar and baking powder and mix well.
2. Add yoghurt and mix well.
3. Knead into a firm dough without using warm water.
4. Apply little oil and cover it with a muslin cloth.
5. Leave it for 2-3 hours.
6. Divide it into 6-8 equal portions.
7. Roll out into an oval shape.
8. Heat oil in a pan.
9. Deep fry till the bhaturas puff up and both sides are slightly golden brown in colour. (Pressing the centre lightly with a large frying spoon would help bhatura to puff up.)
The Chole:
1. Pressure cook the Kabuli chana with the tea bags, water, salt, garlic cloves and whole spices for 4 whistles on high heat.
2. Turn the heat to medium and pressure cook for about 15 minutes or until they are soft.
3. Let the pressure come off. Discard the spices and tea bags and keep aside. Discard the teabag.
4. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan, add the cumin seeds and turmeric powder.
5. When the seeds crackle, add ginger and sauté for a minute.
6. Add onions and sauté till the onion is golden brown.
7. Add amchur and anardana and cook for 2 minutes.
8. Add tomato puree and mix well.
9. Add coriander powder, chana masala, and green chillies.
10. Mix well and cook for 5-6 minutes.
11. Add tomato masala to the cooked chickpeas chana and mix well. Add some water if needed.
12. Cook covered over low heat for 7-8 minutes. Turn off the heat and set aside.

Ingredients :
2 tsp instant coffee
¼ cup Warm water
1/2 Cup sugar or add as required
2 cups chilled milk or 500 ml chilled milk
6 to 8 Crushed ice cubes or as required
1 pinch of salt
Cocoa Powder
Ice Cream
Method :
Mix Coffee in warm water & set a side .
Add Chilled milk in blender jar blend & add sugar gradually
In same time add all ingredients in milk & blend Constantly .
Blend for a minute or till the coffee solution becomes frothy and the color lightens a bit.
Add 6 to 7 Crushed ice cubes. For a thick cold coffee, you can reduce the ice cubes from 2 to 4.
Pour 2 cups chilled milk.
Blend once more till everything is mixed well and you get a nice froth on top.
Pour in glasses and serve cold coffee. The froth on top settles down and reduces with time. So serve immediately.

Ingredients:
1/2 Kg Mutton mince
1 cup split chickpeas / Gram Lentil washed and soaked & Boiled
2 medium onion sliced
2 tomato Large
1 bay leaf
2 cloves
1 Black cardamom
2 Dry Red Chili
8 Black Pepper
1 Cinnamon stick
2 Tbsp Ginger garlic paste
1/2 Tsp Turmeric powder
1 Tsp Red chili powder
1 Tsp Coriander powder
1/2 Tsp Whole Spices Powder
1 Tbsp Salt - or according to taste
1 Cup Cooking oil
1 Tsp Cumin seeds
For Garnish :
Green Chilies
Fresh Coriander
Ginger
1/2 Kg Mutton mince
