Today am gonna show you How To Make Coffee Crunch Ice Cream in easy way at my home


Milk 1/2 liters
Sugar 1/2 cup
Salt 1 pinch
Whipped cream 2 cup
Vanilla essence few drops
Custard or Cornflour powder 2 tbsp
Instant Coffee 1 tbsp
Brown Sugar 3 tbsp
Chocolate Sauce
Caramel Sauce
White Chocolate chips


METHOD

Heat 1/2 liters milk, ad sugar,coffee, salt, and cook well till sugar is dissolved.
Now add Cornflour / vanilla custard , allow cooking till mixture thickens. Mix well.
Then remove from fire and keep aside to cool.
Now add few drops of vanilla essence and 2 cup fresh cream. Mix well and keep aside.
Add milk mixture to the container, cover with lid,
Now Freeze overnight.
Then remove ice cream in serving bowls, garnish with crunch and serve chilled.
Method for Crunch
Heat 250 gm sugar in a pan till melts, remove melted sugar in a greased tray, keep aside till firm.
Coarsely crush and sprinkle on top of ice cream

Ingerdients:


1: chicken pieces 1 breast & 1 leg, 1 thigh

2: water 6 glass

3: cream of corn 1 can

4: eggs 2

5: black pepper powder 1 tsp

6: salt 1&1/2 tsp

7: Chinese salt 1&1/2 tsp

8: corn flour 5 to 6 tbs

9: oil 4 tbs. (optional)for easy to reheat purpose.

10:salt 1 tsp

Recipe:




1: in a pan add the chicken, water, 1 tsp salt wait for a boil on high flame, then cook for 15 to 20 minutes bring the flame to medium.

2: remove the chicken and shred it and discard the bones.

3: now place the stock on the stove again and on the flame (now add 8 glasses of water because while cooking the
chicken the water reduces).

4: add the chicken, cream of corn mix well and wait for a boil on high flame.

5: mix the corn flour and water to make a paste make sure they are no lumps.

6: now add the salt, Chinese salt, black pepper mix and add the corn flour mixture and keep stirring on high flame.

7: scramble the eggs and add to the soup slowly and keep stirring on medium flame.

8: heat the oil and add to the soup and mix.(for easy to reheat purpose)

9: serve hot

DESCRIPTION

INGREDIENTS
3 large eggs
1 cup (160g) caster sugar

Method

1 cup (150g) of strawberries*

100 gm basmati rice
1.5 litre milk, full cream

4 to 5 cardamom powder

firstly, 100 gm of basmati rice & Green cardamon grind well.
keep aside.
now in a large pot boil 1.5 litre milk.
stir occasionally, and simmer for 10 minutes.
keep the flame on low or till milk thickens.
now add in prepared rice +cardamon powder
stir continuously for 5 minutes. else, lumps might form.
simmer for another 5 minutes stirring in between.
boil the milk till the rice gets cooked completely.
further add ¼ cup of sugar
mix well till the milk thickens and turn creamy.
add caramel & cooked well
finally, serve chilled phirni/Feerni garnished with few chopped nuts.

Ingredients required for egg biscuits/coin biscuits are:

All purpose flour -3/4 Cup
Eggs-2 numbers at room temperature.
Butter-2 Tablespoons softened at room temperature.
Powder sugar 5 tbs
Vanilla essence-1 Teaspoon.
Orange food color 1/4 tsp

Method

Preheat the pan and line the baking tray with parchment paper. Whisk eggs, Vanilla extract and Powdered sugar until frothy.
Once it's well combined add melted butter, all purpose flour and baking powder. Gently fold it with a spatula until you get a nice and smooth batter without lumps.
Fill the batter in Piping bag. Cut the corner of the bag and start dropping the batter on the baking tray little by little. Leave some space between each drops.

Once it's done bake these biscuits in preheated pan for 15 - 20 minutes. Crispy and tasty drop biscuits are ready to enjoy. Store them in room temperature in an airtight container.

Ingredients:

Maida Flour: 2 & 1/2 cups
Salt: 1 tsp
Semolina 1/2 cup
Sugar 1 tbs
Lukewarm Water: 1 cup
Ghee: 2 tbsp
Ghee: for frying





Preparing Paratha Dough:
Add plain flour to a bowl and form space in the middle. Add salt, ghee, milk and water to the space, mix well and knead to form dough.
Keep covered for 10 minutes.
Paratha dough is ready.


Method


Add Plain flour to a tray and put ghee in a small mug. Roll paratha dough and cut into pieces. Roll each piece with palm and form ball.
Apply maida and roll out with rolling pin.
Apply ghee, sprinkle maida and fold inwards forming a semi circle.
Apply ghee and maida again, and fold one more step inwards forming a strip.
Apply ghee and maida again and roll the strip from one end to the other.
Prepare all paratha similarly (Ghee and maida will be applied on each layer after folding).
Apply maida on all parathas before rolling. Also sprinkle maida flour on rolling place and flatten out all parathas.
Put rolled paratha into pan without putting ghee and revert instantly after 2 to 3 seconds.
Then apply little ghee, press gently with spoon or spatula and revert again.
Apply ghee, press and cook for a while.
Keep reverting and cook parathas the same way.
Prepare all parathas and enjoy hot soft lachha parathas with tea or other suitable food.

1/2 kg grated potatoes
1 egg
1 Cup of all purpose flour / plain flour
1 cup of grated cheese
1/3 tsp of crushed black pepper
1/2 tsp of red chilli powder

1 tbp salt
2 medium sized of grated onion
2 tbsp of chopped coriander leaves
1 tsp of salt
1 tsp of chopped green chillies
vegetable oil, for frying, or as needed

Method

Coarsely grate the potatoes and onion into a clean tea towel and then squeeze out the excess liquid by twisting the towel. Place the mix in a large bowl.

Add the egg, salt,cheese , onion, garlic & powder spices and freshly ground black pepper (you need to salt the mixture well otherwise the hash browns can be quite bland). Mix the ingredients well.

Heat the oil in a heavy based frying pan and when the oil is hot (but not smoking), add spoonfuls of the potato mixture into the pan and flatten into patties about 1cm/½in thick. Flip over once browned and crispy – about 2–3 minutes each side.

Add the second cup of flour, about 1/3 cup at a time, stirring to combine each time. Finally, begin to add the third cup of flour, 1/3 cup at a time, until you can no longer stir it with a spoon. At that point, turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead for about 5 minutes, dusting with small amounts of flour as you go. Once finished kneading, you should have used 2.5-3 cups flour total.
Let the dough rest for 15 minutes, then roll it out to about 1/2-inch thickness. Use a cookie cutter or sharp edged drinking glass to cut several discs out of the rolled dough. Cut them as close to each other as possible to leave few scraps. When you can cut no more circles, ball the scrap dough up, flatten it once again, and cut a few more. Place the cut muffins on a baking sheet coated with a liberal layer of cornmeal.
Let the muffins rise in a warm moist area for about 1.5 hours, or until they are slightly more than double the size. (I placed a casserole dish full of steaming water on the bottom rack of my oven and placed the baking sheet on the top rack to keep the muffins moist as they rose.)
When the muffins are large and fluffy, it's time to cook them in a skillet. Heat a cast-iron or non-stick skillet over medium low heat. Once the skillet is preheated, carefully use a spatula to lift 3-4 muffins from the baking sheet and slide them into the skillet, along with some cornmeal. Let the muffins cook 3-4 minutes, or until lightly golden brown on the bottom. Carefully flip the muffins and cook for 3-4 minutes on the second side. The muffins will puff further as they cook in the skillet. Once the muffins are golden on both sides and sound hollow when tapped, transfer them to a wire rack to cool.

Water – 250 ML
Lime juice – 2 Tbs (from 1 large limes)
Sugar – 250 gm cups
Rock Salt – 1/4 tsp
Citric Acid – 1 Tbsp (dissolved in 2 Tbsp water)
Green food color – 6-8 drops (optional)

Method

Combine the cut kiwi, and lime in a saucepan. Add 250 ml of water and bring to a boil. Cook until the fruits are fork tender. Then turn off the heat and cool slightly.
Process the cooked fruits in a blender
Combine the sugar and 1 cup water in saucepan and heat until the sugar is completely dissolved and comes to a boil. At this point add in the salt, citric acid , gelatin , rock salt food color lemon juice and the filtered juice. Cook only for 1 minute and turn off the stove.
Meanwhile get the storage bottles ready. Sterilize them in boiling water for 10 minutes. Dry the bottles thoroughly and keep them ready. Wash the lids in hot but not boiling water.

Instruction:

1. First of all, add chicken mince, Garlic, Onions, Green chilies, Salt, Black Pepper, Egg, & Mustard Paste in a bowl, the mix well
2. Apply some oil at your hands, and then make Pattie (from the above prepared mixture). Then fry them until they changed into light brown
Assembling process
Take 2 round slice of bun’s (which are normally used for burgers). Apply sauce (sauce made from mayonnaise + mustard paste).
3. On the bun that have sauce, Put lettuce, tomato slices, Jalapeno, Chicken Patties, cheese, & onion rings. Cover the layers with other bun having sauce to give it the form of a burger


4. Put a wooden stick having black olive, cucumber slice, tomato slice & lettuce
5. Classic chicken burger is ready to serve

400 gm. strawberries washed, & sliced
300 gm cup sugar - adjust more or less to your preference
1/4 tsp lemon juiced / Citric Acid
1 nos Apple in large size
Strawberry essence 1/4 tsp
1/4 tsp Pink food color
1 & 1/2 tbs Cornflour
1/2 tsp Rock salt

Instructions
Combine all the ingredients in a juicer / blender & make pure take a pot over medium heat.
Bring to a boil and cook over medium low heat for 10 minutes.
when sugar completely dissolve in puree add cornflour mixed in some water
cook until get thicken consistency
set at side for cool down than add in airtight glass jar
Place in Refrigerator / freezer for long time approximately 1 month

Ingredients
For the Chicken
1 egg
1 tablespoon soy sauce
4 tablespoons cornstarch
2 tablespoons all purpose flour
Salt
Pepper
2 large chicken breasts - chopped into 1 inch cubes skinless & boneless
1/2 - 1 cup oil
For the Manchurian Sauce
2 tablespoons oil
1 tablespoon crushed garlic
1 tablespoon crushed ginger
1/4 cup finely chopped green onion
1/4 cup ketchup
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 tablespoons red chilli sauce
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon cornstarch
2 tablespoons water
Instructions
For the Chicken:
Heat oil in a frying pan.
Combine all the batter ingredients and mix well. Add the chicken boneless pieces and coat well.
Fry the chicken boneless pieces until golden brown and cooked through. Transfer to kitchen paper to drain excess oil. Set aside.
For the Manchurian Sauce:
Heat oil in a wok, and add the garlic and ginger and fry for about 30 seconds.
Then add the green onions and fry for another 30 seconds.
Add all sauce ingredients except the cornstarch and water.
Cook for a minute or two until the sauce starts to thicken and bubble.
Dissolve the cornstarch in the water and add it to the sauce and keep stirring until it becomes thick.
Toss in the fried chicken and mix so that the sauce coats the chicken well.
Serve with garlic butter (pictured) or egg fried rice.

کہ رسول اکرام صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے تمام عمر اپنی وفات تک کبھی جو کی روٹی بھی دو دن لگاتار پیٹ بھر کر نہیں کھائی

حضرت  ابن عباس رضی تعالی عنہ فرماتے ہیں کہ حضور صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم  اور آپ کے گھر والوں کو شام کا کھانا میسر نہیں ھوتا تھا رات بھر سب کے سب فاقے سے گزار دیتے تھے اور جو کی روٹی پر حضور صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کا گزارا تھا
حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ تعالی عنھا فرماتی ہیں
جب میں پیٹ بھر کر کھانا کھاتی ھوں تو میرا بے اختیار رونے کو دل کرتا ھے پس رونے لگتی ھوں کسی نے عرض کیا یہ کیا بات ھے ؟
فرمانے لگیں مجھے حضور صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کا زمانہ یاد آجاتا ھے کہ گوشت سے یا روٹی سے کبھی بھی حضور اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کو وصال تک دن میں دو مرتبہ پیٹ بھر کر تناول فرمانے کی نوبت نہیں آئی (شمائل)
ایک حدیث میں آیا ھے کہ جو شخص د نیا میں کھانے پینے کی مقدار کم رکھتا ھے اللہ تعالی اس پر فرشتوں کے سامنے تفاخر کے طور پر ارشاد فرماتے ہیں کہ دیکھو میں نے اس کو کھانے پینے کی کمی میں مبتلا کیا  اس نے صبر کیا تم گواہ رھو جو لقمہ اس نے کم کیا ھے اس کے بدلے میں جنت کے درجے اسکے لئے تجویز کرتا ھوں ( احیاء)
حضور اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کا ارشاد ھے جو لوگ بھوکے رہنے والے ہیں آخرت مین وہی پیٹ بھرنے والے ہیں
اللہ تعالی کو وہ شخص سخت ناپسند ھے جو اتنا کھائے کہ بدہضمی ھوجائے
مالک بن دینار رحمۃ اللہ علیہ نے محمد بن واسع سے فرمایا
مبارک ھے وہ شخص جو صبح کو بھوکا رھے شام کو بھی بھوکا رھے اور اس پر اپنے رب سے راضی رھے
ابو سلیمان رحمۃ اللہ علیہ فرماتے ہیں کہ میں رات کے کھانے مین ایک لقمہ کم کھاؤں یہ مجھے ساری رات جاگنے سے زیادہ پسند ھے ان کا یہ بھی ارشاد ھے کہ بھوک اللہ کا ایسا خزانہ ھے جو اپنے دوستوں کو ہی دیتا ھے
حضرت سہل بن عبد اللہ تستری رحمہ اللہ علیہ کہتے ہیں کہ ضرورت سے زائد کھانا چھوڑنے کے برابر کوئی بھی نیک عمل نہیں
حضور اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کا یہی اتباع ھے  ان کا یہ بھی ارشاد ھے
حکمت اور علم بھوکے رہنے میں ھے ...جہل اور گناہ پیٹ بھر کر کھانے میں مرکوز ھے جو شخص بھوکا رہتا ھے اس کو وسوسے کم آتے ہیں
امام عزالی رحمۃ اللہ علیہ فرماتے ہیں بھوکا رہنے میں دس فائدے ہیں
1... بھوکا رہنے یا کم کھانے سے  دل کی صفائی  حاصل ھوتی ھے بصیرت بڑھ جاتی ھے
2... بھوکا رہنے  یا کم کھانےسے دل نرم ھوتا ھے
3.... بھوکا رہنے یا کم کھانے سے آدمی میں عاجزی اور انکساری پیدا ھوتی ھے
4.... بھوکا رہنے یا کم کھانے سے  اہل مصیبت اور فاقہ زدوں  سے غفلت پیدا نہیں ھوتی
5... بھوکا رہنےیا کم کھانے سے گناھوں سے بچنے کی طاقت ملتی ھے
6.... بھوکا رہنے یا کم کھانے سے نیند کم آتی ھے اور کثرت سے جاگنے کی دولت نصیب ھوتی ھے

Chicken Stuffed Chessy Buns Without Oven(Easy recipe step by step)

For the dough
Plain flour- 2 cups + enough to dust the work surface
Active dry yeast- 2 tsp
Sugar- 1 tbsp
Warm water- 1/2 cup
Warm milk- 1/2 cup
Oil- 2 tbsp
Sugar 2 tbs
Salt- to taste
Egg white or milk for wash
Nigella seeds- to sprinkle on top (optional)

For the filling
Minced/ shredded chicken- 250 gms
Ginger paste- 1/2 tbsp
Garlic paste- 1/2 tbsp
Green chillies- 2, finely chopped (optional)
Tomato- 1 large, finely chopped
Kashmiri chilli powder- 1 tsp
Coriander powder- 1 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp
Garam masala- 1 tsp
Oil- 2 tbsp

Ingredients :

Oil : 1/2 cup
powdered Sugar : 200 grm / 1 cup
Flour : 2 cup
Baking Powder : 1 tsp
Baking soda : 1 tsp
Eggs : 4
Coco Powder : 3 tsp + 1/4 cup
Hot Milk : 1 cup
Vanilla Essence : 1/2 tsp

Method

mix 1/4 batter to cocoa batter for first dark chocolate layer.
save 3 tsp cocoa batter
Add the other 1/4 batter to rest of the cocoa batter then pipe it to the top of the dark chocolate layer.
then rest of the batter pipe over the second cocoa layer. I am using the ziploc bag to make it easy for layers. you can also spoon the batter if you would like.

Bake for 40 min skewer comes clean. cool the cake to room temperature.
Enjoy with a cup of tea

Ingredients

1/2 kg - chicken, boiled with salt and pepper and shredded
1/2 kg - potatoes, boiled and mashed
2 - onions, finely chopped
6-7 - green chillies, chopped
1 tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp White Pepper
1/4 tsp - garam masala
Bread crumbs
2 Oil to deep frBeaten eggs

How to Make Chicken Potato Cutlet
Heat oil in a pan. Saute onion and green chilli till the onions turn pink.
Remove from flame and mix this with shredded chicken, mashed potatoes, coriander leaves, pepper powder, garam masala into a paste.
Divide the mixture into lemon-sized balls and press into discs.
Dip in egg white and then roll in bread crumbs.
Deep fry in hot oil till the cutlets are golden and crisp.
Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
