Ingredients
1/2 cup + 3 tbsp Plain Flour flour
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
3/4 cup Powder sugar
2 tbsp Hot milk
2 large eggs, room Temperature
Oil to grease
3 tbsp of hot water
For Ganache
100 gm grated Dark Chocolate
1/4 cup Hot heavy cream
Method
Heat oven to 180 C /160 C fan/gas 4. Grease and line the base of two 18 cm sandwich tins.
Sieve 175 gm Plain flour, 1/2 tsp baking powder and into a bowl. Add 150 gm / 3/4 cup Powder sugar and mix well.
2 lightly beaten large eggs, 50 gm soften Butter and 2 tbsp hot milk. Beat well with an electric whisk until smooth.add cocoa powder + hot water paste in batter
Add sifted dry ingredients gradually in wet ingredients
Pour the mixture into the tin and bake for 25-30 mins until risen and firm to the touch. Remove from oven, leave to cool for 10 mins before turning out onto a cooling rack.

Today am gonna show you How to make Suji dhokla (rava dhokla)Steamed spicy cake at home
INGREDIENTS
FOR RAVA DHOKLA:
1 cup rava / / semolina / sooji
1 cup thick curd / yogurt, slightly sour
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp ginger crushed
1 tsp chili paste
2 tsp oil
salt to taste
¼ cup water, or as required
1 tsp baking soda
FOR TEMPERING:
2 tsp oil
1 tsp mustard seeds
few curry leaves
2 green chili, slit
2 tbsp coriander leaves, finely chopped
Method
firstly, in a large mixing bowl take sooji/rava and curd.
additionally add sugar, ginger, chili paste and salt.
mix well to form a thick batter.
rest for 10 minutes or till sooji /rava absorbs moisture.
further add water as required and mix well.
get the dhokla to flowing batter consistency.
additionally add baking soda.
mix gently till the batter turns frothy.
transfer to the greased cake pan / metal bowl.
steam the dhokla batter for 15 to 20 minutes.
prepare the tempering by heating oil.
further add mustard seeds,
once the mustard seeds splutter add in curry leaves and green chili.
saute for a while and once the tempering splutters spread the tempering over dhokla.
also sprinkle coriander leaves.
and cut the dhokla to desired shape.
finally serve soft and spongysooji / rava dhokla with green chutney.
How To Make Chicken Lasagna
Lasagna has a few steps but this dish is worth every second! To make this chicken lasagna recipe:
Make the cheesy cream sauce
Combine cottage cheese, parsley, eggs, and spinach for the cheese layer
Layer noodles, sauce, cheese, vegetables, and chicken, end with a noodles and sauce layer
Bake for 40 minutes covered
Uncovered, top with cheese, and bake for an additional 20 minutes
When you layer lasagna, the trick is to keep things as even as possible throughout the dish to ensure even baking. The lasagna noodles should be cooked al dente as they’ll cook a little bit longer in the oven.
Ingredients
12 lasagna pasta sheets (1 box), whole wheat or brown rice
2 garlic cloves, crushed
2 – 3 medium onions, finely chopped
3 tbsp flour, whole wheat
2 cups any milk (I used unsweetened almond)
2 cups marinated artichoke hearts, well drained and finely chopped
1 lb boneless & skinless chicken breasts, diced
Ground black pepper, to taste
2 cups spinach, coarsely chopped
2 cups tomato sauce, divided*
2 + 1/2 cups any shredded cheese, divided (I used Mexican blend)
Instructions
Cook pasta as per package instructions, drain and lay flat on parchment paper.
Preheat large skillet on medium heat and spray with cooking spray. Add garlic and onions, saute until translucent. Add flour and stir it vigorously with onions and garlic. Add milk and stir until combined. Let cook 2 minutes.
Add artichoke hearts, chicken and pepper; stir. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low-medium and cook for 20 minutes, uncovered. Turn off heat, add spinach and stir to combine.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray the bottom of 9 x 13 baking dish with cooking spray, add 1 cup of tomato sauce and spread it evenly with spatula.
Fill each pasta sheet with 1/4 – 1/3 cup of chicken artichoke mixture and 2 tbsp cheese. Repeat with remaining pasta and filling. Roll each chicken lasagna roll and place tightly in a baking dish: 6 rolls in 1 row, 2 rows.
Top with remaining 1 cup of tomato sauce and 1 cup of cheese, distributing evenly among all rolls. Bake for 30 minutes. Serve warm.

Lightly dust your hands with flour and form your pizza dough into a round ball and transfer to your olive oil-brushed bowl. Use your hands to roll the pizza dough along the inside of the bowl until it is coated in olive oil, then cover the bowl tightly with plastic wrap and place it in a warm place.
Allow dough to rise for 30 minutes or until doubled in size. If you intend to bake this dough into a pizza, I also recommend preheating your oven to 425F (215C) at this point so that it will have reached temperature once your pizza is ready to bake.
Once the dough has risen, use your hands to gently deflate it and transfer to a lightly floured surface and knead briefly until smooth (about 3-5 times).
Use either your hands or a rolling pin to work the dough into 12" circle.

Mongolian Sauce
1/2 cup chicken broth low sodium or no sodium added
2 tbsp cornstarch
2 tbsp brown sugar
3 tbsp soy sauce low sodium
Mongolian Chicken
1 kg breast boneless and skinless, chicken thighs can be used as well
1/2 cup cornflour
1 large egg
6 cloves garlic chopped
1 tsp ginger crushed
1 tsp red chili flakes
1 green Capsicum sliced
1 yellow Capsicum sliced
2 green chili sliced
1 chopped onion
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1/2 tsp white pepper powder
3 tbsp Brown sugar
2 tbs oil+ vegetable oil for frying
Prepare the chicken: Toss the chicken with the cornstarch,egg, salt ensuring each chicken pieces is covered in cornstarch.
Fry the chicken: Heat the vegetable oil in a pan or wok. Fry the chicken strips in batches until they are completely cooked through and slightly brown and crispy.
Finish the dish: Drain the oil from the wok leaving 2 tbsp in the wok, if necessary. Add garlic, ginger, red chilies to the wok and saute for 30 seconds. Add in the prepared sauce and bring to a simmer, stirring constantly until the brown sugar has dissolved completely. If you find the sauce is too thick add a bit more chicken broth or water. Add in the chicken and green onions then toss everything together for 15 seconds.
Serve over rice or noodles.

Take a saucepan, whisk together the cocoa and the sugar until all lumps are removed. Add the salt and the milk and bring to a boil over medium to medium high heat.
Reduce to a simmer; stirring constantly. Simmer for about 30 seconds and then remove from heat. Let cool and then add vanilla. Pour into a glass jar and refrigerate until needed. Enjoy!
Notes
The chocolate sauce will be very thin when it finishes boiling, but it will thicken quite a bit as it cools. The chocolate sauce may be stored in the refrigerator for up to two weeks. Simply reheat before serving.

Heat 1/2 liters milk, ad sugar,coffee, salt, and cook well till sugar is dissolved.

Then remove from fire and keep aside to cool.
Now add few drops of vanilla essence and 2 cup fresh cream. Mix well and keep aside.
Add milk mixture to the container, cover with lid,
Now Freeze overnight.
Then remove ice cream in serving bowls, garnish with crunch and serve chilled.
Method for Crunch
Heat 250 gm sugar in a pan till melts, remove melted sugar in a greased tray, keep aside till firm.

Ingredients
100 gm basmati rice
1.5 litre milk, full cream
1 cup sugar + salt
4 to 5 cardamom powder
4 tbsp Brown sugar
few dry fruits, chopped/ Raisins + desiccated coconut

firstly, 100 gm of basmati rice & Green cardamon grind well.
keep aside.
now in a large pot boil 1.5 litre milk.
stir occasionally, and simmer for 10 minutes.
keep the flame on low or till milk thickens.
now add in prepared rice +cardamon powder
stir continuously for 5 minutes. else, lumps might form.
simmer for another 5 minutes stirring in between.
boil the milk till the rice gets cooked completely.
further add ¼ cup of sugar
mix well till the milk thickens and turn creamy.
add caramel & cooked well
finally, serve chilled phirni/Feerni garnished with few chopped nuts.

Ingredients required for egg biscuits/coin biscuits are:
All purpose flour -3/4 Cup
Eggs-2 numbers at room temperature.
Butter-2 Tablespoons softened at room temperature.
Powder sugar 5 tbs
Vanilla essence-1 Teaspoon.
Orange food color 1/4 tsp
Method
Preheat the pan and line the baking tray with parchment paper. Whisk eggs, Vanilla extract and Powdered sugar until frothy.
Once it's well combined add melted butter, all purpose flour and baking powder. Gently fold it with a spatula until you get a nice and smooth batter without lumps.
Fill the batter in Piping bag. Cut the corner of the bag and start dropping the batter on the baking tray little by little. Leave some space between each drops.
Once it's done bake these biscuits in preheated pan for 15 - 20 minutes. Crispy and tasty drop biscuits are ready to enjoy. Store them in room temperature in an airtight container.
Maida Flour: 2 & 1/2 cups
Salt: 1 tsp
Semolina 1/2 cup
Sugar 1 tbs
Lukewarm Water: 1 cup
Ghee: 2 tbsp
Ghee: for frying
Preparing Paratha Dough:
Add plain flour to a bowl and form space in the middle. Add salt, ghee, milk and water to the space, mix well and knead to form dough.
Keep covered for 10 minutes.
Paratha dough is ready.
Method
Add Plain flour to a tray and put ghee in a small mug. Roll paratha dough and cut into pieces. Roll each piece with palm and form ball.
Apply maida and roll out with rolling pin.
Apply ghee, sprinkle maida and fold inwards forming a semi circle.
Apply ghee and maida again, and fold one more step inwards forming a strip.
Apply ghee and maida again and roll the strip from one end to the other.
Prepare all paratha similarly (Ghee and maida will be applied on each layer after folding).
Apply maida on all parathas before rolling. Also sprinkle maida flour on rolling place and flatten out all parathas.
Put rolled paratha into pan without putting ghee and revert instantly after 2 to 3 seconds.
Then apply little ghee, press gently with spoon or spatula and revert again.
Apply ghee, press and cook for a while.
Keep reverting and cook parathas the same way.
Prepare all parathas and enjoy hot soft lachha parathas with tea or other suitable food.

Ingredients:
1/2 kg grated potatoes
1 egg
1 Cup of all purpose flour / plain flour
1 cup of grated cheese
1/3 tsp of crushed black pepper
1/2 tsp of red chilli powder
1/2 tsp of garlic
1 tbp salt
2 medium sized of grated onion
2 tbsp of chopped coriander leaves
1 tsp of salt
1 tsp of chopped green chillies
vegetable oil, for frying, or as needed
Method
Coarsely grate the potatoes and onion into a clean tea towel and then squeeze out the excess liquid by twisting the towel. Place the mix in a large bowl.
Add the egg, salt,cheese , onion, garlic & powder spices and freshly ground black pepper (you need to salt the mixture well otherwise the hash browns can be quite bland). Mix the ingredients well.
Heat the oil in a heavy based frying pan and when the oil is hot (but not smoking), add spoonfuls of the potato mixture into the pan and flatten into patties about 1cm/½in thick. Flip over once browned and crispy – about 2–3 minutes each side.
While waiting for the yeast, combine the milk, butter, and the rest of the sugar in a measuring cup or microwave safe bowl. Microwave on high for 30 seconds, then stir until the butter is dissolved. Add an additional 10 seconds if needed. You want the milk warm enough to melt the butter, but not scalding.
Once the yeast is foamy, pour the milk and butter mixture into the bowl, along with 1 cup of the flour, and the salt. Stir until the mixture is mostly smooth. Add the second cup of flour, about 1/3 cup at a time, stirring to combine each time. Finally, begin to add the third cup of flour, 1/3 cup at a time, until you can no longer stir it with a spoon. At that point, turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead for about 5 minutes, dusting with small amounts of flour as you go. Once finished kneading, you should have used 2.5-3 cups flour total.
Let the dough rest for 15 minutes, then roll it out to about 1/2-inch thickness. Use a cookie cutter or sharp edged drinking glass to cut several discs out of the rolled dough. Cut them as close to each other as possible to leave few scraps. When you can cut no more circles, ball the scrap dough up, flatten it once again, and cut a few more. Place the cut muffins on a baking sheet coated with a liberal layer of cornmeal.
Let the muffins rise in a warm moist area for about 1.5 hours, or until they are slightly more than double the size. (I placed a casserole dish full of steaming water on the bottom rack of my oven and placed the baking sheet on the top rack to keep the muffins moist as they rose.)
When the muffins are large and fluffy, it's time to cook them in a skillet. Heat a cast-iron or non-stick skillet over medium low heat. Once the skillet is preheated, carefully use a spatula to lift 3-4 muffins from the baking sheet and slide them into the skillet, along with some cornmeal. Let the muffins cook 3-4 minutes, or until lightly golden brown on the bottom. Carefully flip the muffins and cook for 3-4 minutes on the second side. The muffins will puff further as they cook in the skillet. Once the muffins are golden on both sides and sound hollow when tapped, transfer them to a wire rack to cool.
Once completely cool, split the muffins with a fork and toast in a toaster or the oven. Or, transfer the cooled muffins to an air-tight container and keep in the refrigerator for up to one week, or the freezer for up to three months.
